Kent leads our training and agent management operations, with a focus on new agent training, agency development and expansion efforts into new markets.
Prior to joining IMA, Kent served as the Chief Financial Officer and later the Chief Executive Officer at GCM/UFM in Macon, GA. As CEO, Kent was responsible for growing the revenue of the company by 270% and extending the reach of their operations from a single state to 10 states across the southeastern US.
Before moving into his role as CEO/CFO, Kent spend over a decade in Governmental Affairs in both public and private sector operations. Kent served on the Senate staff of US Senator Paul Coverdell as the state agriculture and regional public affairs director and later as the Director of Governmental Affairs of Ingram Entities in Macon GA responsible for Federal and State lobbying on natural resource and tax legislation.
Kent is married to Page Sole and is the proud father of three young men by birth (Joshua, Jacob, and Adam) and proud mentor to over 300 former players and coaches. He is a soccer fanatic holding a national coaching license with prior experience coaching youth soccer and high school soccer in Georgia with former players in the ranks of collegiate and Major League soccer.
